Super Summer Soul Jam 2010......is it sad that it was an oldies station putting on the concert that we could not wait for??? What exactly does that mean? haha. It was Lisa Lisa, The Jets and Toni Tony Tone (not sure how you spell all the Tony's, but you know who I'm talking about). We had a great time.
One of the coolest things about having a HUGE family, is that you are related to a lot of people, duh. The Jets are Eric's cousins on his mom's side. Their dad and Eric's mom are brother and sister. Also, my mom and their mom have been friends since grade school so we were super excited to get to spend time with them and even more excited to go to the concert. We had a great time dancing the night away and then went to visit with the groups after the show.
Definitely a flash back.......everyone was singing along. The Jets are celebrating their 25 year anniversary and everyone has been doing their own thing, getting married, raising families and all the important stuff but when they took the stage.......they still got it! They put on an awesome show!!!
We had the BEST time ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
